I was having a hard time getting enough protein through out the day, and I'm not always in the mood for protein shakes. This powder is basically flavorless. I add it to all kinds of things. I sprinkle it on salads, add to yogurt and oatmeal. Even on waffles! It dissolves nicely into the syrup.

I really enjoyed finding this protein since I was looking for something that was gluten/soy free. flavor, you can definitely tell its minimum additives. my only complain is that it says it has 60 servings per container but I shared with my bf and we had about one shake per day and it lasted about a week. so not 60 servings. even with the serving size being 2 scoops.

I have tried many protein powders and I have always struggled with stomaching them because of 1. temperature (I just find it weird to have a drink that's not water in room temp - not a problem that can't be solved), 2. texture (chalkiness and lumpiness makes the experience so much worse) and 3. flavour. I absolutely detest the flavour of sweetener; it is cloying and so artificial.
